Congratulations on getting the annual report out, I know from experience how much back-and-forth goes into pulling one of these together. The section on your year-over-year progress stood out to me, especially how clearly you framed the challenges alongside the wins. I actually used a greek letter generator recently for a fraternity newsletter project, and it made formatting the Greek symbols so much easier.
