Make It Happen have joined up with Hamilton Medical Centre to provide an open afternoon for members of the community the first one will be Tuesday 26th February 1pm - 4pm.
The open afternoons will be an opportunity to register with the practice, get advice and guidance, get a general MOT with the nurse as well as enjoy a bite to eat with good company and explore the Make It Happen pop up shop where you can buy clothing on a pay as you feel basis and intercepted food at massively discounted prices and most importantly spend time with your local services and community.
