Make It Happen are extremely proud to announce that we have been very successful in a Waste and Resources Action Programme Project, with support from the LCR funding, providing part time employment roles for 3 Sustainability Ambassadors. Say "Hello!" to your new Ambassadors at Make it Happen, Luke, Sally and Miki.
The funding allows us to focus more on the interception of food for the shop and the redistribution of food to other venues, record and follow the journey of food and how it positively impacts the community.
Finally, we would like to say a massive thank you for all the support of our customers over the difficult period of COVID and the period thereafter, it wouldn't have been possible for us to consider taking on such a mammoth challenge if it wasn't for the community. Our community is the centre of all we do and our purpose, we could not be happier that we are able to expand and enhance the way to run our Social Supermarket and Community Hub and we're so grateful that we're able to continue to Make It Happen!
