Make It Happen were delighted to welcome the Department of Work and Pensions on Friday 8th March.
Following a few weeks of planning and invitations to customers the day finally arrived where customers had the opportunity to give their feedback on their experience of the job centre and where also encouraged to give ideas on how to improve the overall experience the job centre, layout and accessibility.
Overall the feedback was extremely positive and there were some key suggestions and recommendations which the DWP are going to give considerations to. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the hour and the team would like to thank all who participated.
We will have a feedback session in the near future.
