ABCD of Health and Wellbeing event at Wirral Met College, the event was local services and community groups coming together to share how thy contribute to the managing stress and achieving balance agenda.
As well as a great talk from Dr Joe Delaney who is an expert in integrative medicine and a nationally acclaimed expert in stress management.
This event is key into engaging with students at Wirral Met to explore opportunities they may see in work placements within Make it Happen too.
